In 2024, Nikki gave perhaps her most iconic performance of all time at 'The Roast of Tom Brady’. Hosted by Netflix, it featured routines from comics and celebrities like Will Ferrell, Peyton Manning, Kim Kardashian, Bert Kreischer, Kevin Hart and, of course, Nikki Glaser.

Nikki both shocked and enthused the audience with references to both his professional and personal life. For one personal gag, Nikki said: "You retired, then you came back, and then you retired again. I mean, I get it — it’s hard to walk away from something that’s not your pregnant girlfriend."

The comment referenced Brady’s relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan, which he ended when Bridget was pregnant with their now 18-year-old son Jack.
