Winona Ryder

Winona Ryder’s award-winning career was put on hold when she was arrested for shoplifting in 2001.

Her criminal record made it difficult for filmmakers to insure her on set and led to a four-year career hiatus for Ryder in 2001.

She told Time magazine: “I didn't realise that was very dangerous in terms of my career."

Since 2016, the actress has been a main cast member of the successful Netflix show ‘Stranger Things’ and recently reprised her role as Lydia Deetz in 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice'.
