Jessica Biel was actually covered in blood when she did her audition alongside Ryan Gosling.

Don't worry, she wasn't injured, she had fake blood on her from filming 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre'.

She told ELLE: "I was in the middle of shooting 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre', and I auditioned with Ryan Gosling in my trailer - covered in blood.

That’s one that I wanted so badly. But there’s a million that get away. We’re gluttons for punishment. It’s just rejection."
