It's a real hotline!

Peter Venkman (Bill Murray), Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd), and Egon Spengler (Harold Ramis) advertise their ghost-busting services on the hotline 555-2368 in the film, and they actually setup a real-life hotline during the theatrical release of the flick which fans could contact.
