The Village

This 2004 thriller follows the townspeople of a secluded 19th-century village who live in fear of creatures referred to as “Those We Don’t Speak Of”, who inhabit the surrounding woods. ‘The Village’ was a huge box office success, grossing $257 million worldwide, and it wouldn’t be an M. Night Shyamalan film without a shocking twist ending.
