The TV host has 12 kids with six women but would rather his ginormous brood did not follow him into showbiz world because of the nepotism in the industry and would prefer them to do something "challenging" instead.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he said: "Out of all my kids, I'm like, if they want to be in entertainment, that's fine, but that's almost easy. I want you to do something that's challenging, go outside the box, so you can see effort and perseverance and those things because they're a nepo baby."
