The 'Good Will Hunting' star has daughters Isabella, Gia and Stella – as well as stepdaughter Alexia – from his marriage to Luciana Barroso but fears they would suffer from the gender inequality in the industry if they replicated his career choice.

Damon told The Hollywood Reporter: "I would try to steer my daughters away from acting. Women are in a different business than we are. It is just brutal for women."
