Before it was a film 'Mamma Mia!' was a monster hit musical.

Benny and Bjorn created the show with playwright Catherine Johnson about bride-to-be Sophie Sheridan who invites three men to her wedding on a Greek Island to try and find out which one is her father.

ABBA's hits provide the soundtrack to the plot.

The musical premiered in London in 1999 to widespread critical acclaim and two years later, opened in Broadway, New York, with further success.
