Her passion for great movies

Bening has enjoyed an acting career spanning four decades but is looking to do more than just "entertain" audiences with her big screen projects.

In an interview with AARP, Annette said: "We're looking for films that are stimulating, provocative, intelligent and not exploitative in any way. When you make movies, you want to make an impact on people, not just entertain them. It's great when a movie can speak to someone. Those moments stick with me."
