In 2012, Miley hit back at trolls posting about her weight loss by revealing that she dropped a couple of dress sizes due to her gluten allergy and intolerance to lactose.

She posted online: "For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It's not about weight it's about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!"
