Bethenny Frankel found out the hard way that she has a severe allergy to fish.

'The Real Housewives of New York City' star went into anaphylaxis when, in 2018, she ate soup containing hidden fish. She became unconscious for 15 minutes and had to be treated in the emergency room with an EpiPen and epinephrine.

Bethenny then had an allergy prick test done that revealed the extent of her allergies.

She said: "At the allergist. They take all these things and all these prickers: It’s fish, shellfish, buckwheat, wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. And the fish is raging."
