Marty McFly
Who wouldn’t want to drive around in a time-travelling DeLorean?
As played by the legendary Michael J. Fox, Marty McFly is the protagonist of the ‘Back to the Future’ trilogy, in which he and his scientist friend Dr. Emmett Brown (Christopher Lloyd) go backwards and forwards in time in order to save the present.
Sadly not long after ‘Back to the Future: Part III’ released in 1990, Michael was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991 at the age of 29, and has been living with the nervous system disorder ever since.
The 61-year-old actor set up the Michael J. Fox Foundation, a charity created to support Parkinson’s disease suffers, with these actions perhaps Fox is more of a hero that Marty McFly is.
