Dirty Harry (1971)

Clint Eastwood’s portrayal of ruthless Police Detective Harry Callahan in the 1971 action classic has prompted many an imitator to say the seemingly immortal line "Do you feel lucky, punk?”

In reality, the line when Harry foils a bank robbery and is holding a criminal at gunpoint is far more drawn out.

Misquote: "Do you feel lucky, punk?”

Actual quote: “You’ve got to ask yourself one question, ‘Do I feel lucky?’ Well, do ya, punk?”
