Jamie Lee Curtis earned first Oscar

The 64-year-old icon was gobsmacked as she mouthed "shut up” after winning the Best Actress in a Supporting Role prize for her role in 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'.

An emotional Curtis looked tearful as she accepted her award paying tribute to her late parents Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis – who were both nominated for Academy Awards.

Looking up to the sky, she rejoiced: “I just won an Oscar!”
