Rehab
A drug-fuelled night in Camden town London spurred Amy to write her iconic 2006 hit ‘Rehab’.
The song was about one near fatal evening that resulted in Amy overdosing whilst on a pub crawl. Medics, who treated Amy on the scene, had discovered she consumed a potentially lethal cocktail of alcohol, cocaine, ecstasy, heroin and ketamine. Amy was just 23-years-old at the time when she was brought into UCL Hospital. Her record label at the time said Amy had collapsed because of “severe exhaustion”.
