Mission: Impossible (1996)

The first 'Mission: Impossible' film set a precedent for the rest of the franchise. In one scene, Ethan Hunt escapes capture by blowing up an aquarium which causes a huge tidal wave that displaces sharp shards of glass everywhere.

Luckily, Cruise walked away with nothing more than a hurt ankle, unlike one of the stuntmen who was cut by the exploding glass.
