The former 'Dawson's Creek' actress wed Hollywood superstar Tom in 2006 and had daughter Suri with him but the pair divorced in 2012.

The split reportedly happened because Katie - who was raised Catholic - wanted to remove herself from her husband's association with the Church of Scientology.

Despite receiving a reported $400,000 per month in child support, Katie has claimed that Tom is no longer a part of his daughter's life.

Katie said: "She does not go to see his movies and he has no part in her life.”
