George's last love

By the time of his death in 2016, George had had significant relationships with Anselmo Feleppa, sportswear executive Kenny Goss and finally hairdresser-and-model Fadi Fawaz, who met the 'Fastlove'' singer back in 2009, however, they were only seen in public together for the first time in 2012.

After George's death a bitter feud erupted between Fadi and George's family after his former boyfriend had failed to leave anything for him in his will. Fadi claimed to have found George's body on Christmas Day but when it was revealed that his estimated $96 million fortune went to his sisters Melanie and Yioda, Fadi went on a spree of reckless behavior and in the years that followed was arrested for smashing cars and even attempted to break into the late star's former home, claiming that George wanted him to have it.
