'America's Next Top Model' star Tyra Banks admitted to having a nose job early on in her career. The surgery was initially a medical procedure to correct discomfort, but the star confessed that she added the cosmetic surgery in addition to the necessary medical procedure. Tyra told People: "Fix it or flaunt it — I think women should be able to do both."
