In Glee episode 'Born This Way', Diana Agron's character, Quinn, revealed that her perfect nose wasn't exactly natural. In the show, she urges Rachel Berry, played by Lea Michele, that getting a nose job is no big deal. In real life, the star broke her nose...twice! And had several surgeries to get it fixed.
