Kristin Cavallari felt like her vagina was "ripping apart" during the "brutal" birth of her first child.
The 38-year-old former Laguna Beach star - who has Camden, 13, Jaxon, 10, and nine-year-old Saylor with ex-husband Jay Cutler - has recalled suffering "in silence" despite being in a lot of pain whilst giving birth in August 2012.
Speaking on her Let's Be Honest podcast, she said: “What the epidural did for me was it took away the contractions, it didn’t take away the feeling of [her] vagina literally feeling like it was ripping in half.”
She said: “This is real. It was brutal.”
Kristin has never been one to make a big fuss when she's hurting.
She continued: “I remember just laying in my hospital bed, just laying there in silence, and just tears just like running down my face.”
Kristin admitted; “I suffer in silence. That’s just how I’ve always been.”
