David Beckham “liked” seeing his daughter-in-law with a fake baby bump.

Nicola Peltz Beckham – who is married to the retired soccer star’s older son Brooklyn Beckham – donned the prosthetic for her lead role in her new movie ‘Lola’ and not only did she “love” her fuller figure, it seems her father-in-law liked the idea of impending grandparenthood.

Nicola – who also wrote and directed ‘Lola’ – told Britain’s HELLO! magazine of her “blossoming belly”: It was fun. I lived it. I was walking around everywhere with my belly on.

“[David] was there on set. He was like, ‘Oooh I like this.’ “

Nicola feels “very lucky” to have David and his wife Victoria as in-laws.

She said: “I love it. They’re so great. I feel very lucky to have them in my life. I feel so lucky tohave such amazing support from my family, as well as my friends.

“I couldn’t do any of this without them…

“Brooklyn and I both come from very close families and now we’re one really big family.”
