Adrien Brody thinks Georgina Chapman is "incredibly generous in her spirit".

The 53-year-old actor has been in a relationship with Georgina, 50, since 2019, and he's explained how they maintain a healthy relationship while also pursuing their own career ambitions.

The movie star told E! News: "She's super generous.

"It's a routine at this point. We both understand our hectic lives, but she's incredibly generous in her spirit."

Adrien explained that they've both learned to make compromises in order to make their romance work.

Asked what makes the fashion designer the perfect partner, Adrien replied: "You need to find that person who has those qualities, and who is actually generous of spirit and gets you and can tolerate you and your work and your profession and your immersions in that."

Meanwhile, Adrien explained in 2025 that his love of acting has been "reignited".

The film star cited the COVID-19 pandemic as a turning point in his career, explaining that it led him to rediscover his love of acting.

Adrien - who won an Oscar for his performance in The Pianist, the 2002 war drama - told Variety: "Something’s really reignited my love of acting.

"I think COVID was a reminder of how precarious things really can be and how much hardship exists in the world, and how so much of what I look back on from my experience of making ‘The Pianist’ was an earth-shattering awareness of what not to take for granted and how I had taken a lot for granted in my youth.

"Getting older, for that matter, reminds you of how valuable your time is and how you choose to spend that time and who you spend it with."

Adrien also acknowledged that he's an unconventional leading man in Hollywood, because he's not "typically handsome".

The actor - whose film credits include King Kong, Hollywoodland, Cadillac Records, Splice, Midnight in Paris, and Detachment - said: "I’ve had to prove that the leading man can be unusual and unique and not typically handsome. But oftentimes, somewhat nondescript-looking choices are easier. Safer."
