Angryginge reveals food he cannot stomach after I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!
Angryginge won the 2025 series of ITV's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
Angryginge cannot stomach this one food after I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
The 24-year-old YouTube star, who was crowned King of the Jungle on the ITV show last year, can no longer eat kidney beans as it brings back memories of surviving on basic daily rations in the Australian-based critter-filled camp.
Revealing the food he now avoids because of the programme exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the National Television Awards at London's The O2 arena on Tuesday night (08.09.26), Angryginge said: "Kidney beans.
"We had them in there so it reminds me of the jungle."
Despite winning I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!, the live streamer - real name Morgan Burtwistle - admitted his life has not dramatically changed.
He said: "It's made me a bit busy more than anything, but other than that, it's just the same."
However, his success on the show has caused him to attract more attention from a whole new audience.
Angryginge shared: "I'm getting recognised more by an audience that would never have recognised me before."
The entertainer's biggest highlight from in the jungle was creating friendships with his campmates, including Emmerdale icon Lisa Riley, 50, comedienne Ruby Wax, 73, 26-year-old rapper Aitch - real name Harrison Armstrong - and 40-year-old TV personality Jack Osbourne.
With the next series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! set to hit screens later this year, Angrygine has little advice for the stars who are set to swap luxury lifestyles for basic camp life, insisting nothing can prepare them for what is in store.
He said: "There's no advice that can prepare you for it, so good luck."
Former campmate, Coronation Street star Antony Cotton, 51, previously spoke about how he cut down his portion sizes before heading into the jungle in 2011 to prepare himself for the little food in the jungle.
But Angryginge does not think that is helpful as "you're going to suffer no matter what".
Angryginge "didn't really" prepare for the show, adding: "Apart from I cut down my caffeine intake slightly before I went in there."
Elsewhere, Jack was desperate to smuggle in a camping chair because he and his co-stars cannot bear to sit on the hard logs in their jungle living space anymore due to having "chafed a****" from their weight loss.
On the November 24 episode of ITV2's I'm A Celebrity...Unpacked!, viewer Zack asked The Osbournes star: "If you could sneak one thing into camp, what would it be?"
Speaking from the Bush Telegraph, Jack replied: "I think I would probably sneak in a really comfy camping chair."
He then quipped: "Although it would be next to impossible to sneak in because the logs are so uncomfortable, and as we're all losing weight, we have no a**.
"And so we all just have bruised, chafed a**** from sitting on the logs."
The star also revealed his "stomach muscles hurt" due to not eating enough.
Viewer Paige asked Jack what his "best memory" in camp had been so far, and he responded: "I think my best memory probably will be just laughing. Like I've laughed so much.
"My stomach muscles hurt, but that could also be malnutrition."
At the National Television Awards on Tuesday night, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! was nominated for Best Reality Competition alongside I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, Race Across the World, The Celebrity Traitors, and The Traitors.
The Celebrity Traitors claimed the gong.
