The 33-year-old star - who played as a Faithful on the BBC game show's first series in 2022 - took to Instagram on Sunday (16.08.26) and revealed that she and her partner Tom Greenwood are set to become parents for a second time, three years after they welcomed their daughter, Shelby, into the world.
Pictures showed the family of three smiling as Maddy held a printout of her sonogram, their dog lying beside the ultrasound images, and a close-up of the scan.
Maddy captioned the post: "Coming soon. Baby no. 2, we are so blessed and we can’t wait to meet you already.
"Hi. They are waving like Shelby did in her scan or maybe doing a dramatic pose xx over the moon xx. @tomgreen010 (sic)."
Past players from The Traitors and fans showered Maddy and Tom with congratulatory messages in the post's comments section.
This year's winner Stephen Libby, 33, who played as a Traitor, penned: "Congratulations Maddy."
Series four Faithful Roxy Wilson, 32, who recently gave birth to her first child, typed: "Ah how lovely! Congratulations all of you."
Wilfred Webster, 33, who Maddy correctly guessed was a Traitor but failed to get her fellow Faithfuls on side, wrote: "Congratulations."
In a separate comment, he added: "So happy for you guuuuuurl!! (sic)"
One fan reacted: "Maddy!!!! How brilliant. Huge congrats!!! (sic)"
A second supporter said: "Omg such lovely news!!!! Congrats my love xxx (sic)."
And a third follower commented: "Congratulations. Very happy for your little family."
Reacting to the congratulatory messages, Maddy penned: "Thank you for the lovely messages, can’t believe how lucky I feel atm xxxx (sic)."
Since The Traitors, Maddy has landed acting roles in the likes of EastEnders, Hollyoaks, Casualty and Call the Midwife.
The entertainer was pregnant with Shelby when she played Faye Fuller on Hollyoaks, and Maddy recently told how she felt "really lonely" while filming scenes for the Channel 4 soap.
In March, she told The Mirror: "I really did enjoy my time in Hollyoaks. I think because I was pregnant, it was a difficult time in terms of like...when you're staying in hotels and stuff.
"Even though I had Shelby with me, I felt really lonely, but that was just because you're going through a lot, but I really did enjoy it, and I'd never say no to doing all [the soaps]."
