The businessman - who is the brother of former footballer and TV presenter Gary Lineker - has revealed that he's "open to TV offers" and Wayne believes I'm a Celebrity is the perfect show for him.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Wayne said: "I'm open to TV offers. I'd like to do the jungle. That's one of the big ones."
Wayne thinks he'd thrive on the ITV show because he doesn't have any fears of spiders.
He said: "I love spiders. I've got a spider party trick. I get a little handful and put them all in my mouth, then go up to my friends and go 'ahhh!'
"I've done it about six or seven times, but I have to pre-arrange getting the spiders, so I can't really do it off the cuff."
On the other hand, Wayne admits that he can't handle cockroaches at all.
He said: "I'd be fantastic at the trials apart from cockroaches. I can't deal with them."
Wayne is good pals with a number of well-known celebrities, but the businessman cited Dean Gaffney, the actor best known for his time on EastEnders, as the person he'd most like to have by his side in the jungle.
Asked which celebrity he'd like with him on I'm a Celebrity, Wayne replied: "Absolutely Dean Gaffney. If I went in with Dean, he'd be able to tell me all the tricks and secrets."
Last year, meanwhile, Wayne revealed he'd been to rehab for alcohol addiction.
The club owner said on Instagram at the time: "Yes I went in to rehab !! and I said yes yes yes! Best thing I ever did. It was for both alcohol addiction and other mind altering substances.. no one in the world has a story like mine it's impossible.. so get the popcorn ready.. I love you all and thank you again for your love care and un denying Support concerns. I am 72 days clean I just want to help anyone I can now and if Wayne fan give up ANYONE CAN!! (sic)."
