Hollyoaks' Jessamy Stoddart gives birth to second child
Hollyoaks actress Jessamy Stoddart has given birth to her and husband Ryan O’Gorman's second child.
Hollyoaks star Jessamy Stoddart has become a mum for a second time.
The 32-year-old actress - who plays Liberty Savage in the Channel 4 soap - said giving birth to her and husband Ryan O’Gorman’s second daughter was "euphoric".
Jessamy posted shots of her bonding with the little one in hospital, as well as Ryan carrying their bundle of joy in a baby carrier in a hospital car park, with the caption: "She’s here. All 9lb 6 of her.
"I got the VBAC water birth of my dreams + it was EUPHORIC. I feel like I won the midwife lottery + had the unwavering support of Ryan, as always.
"Floating on clouds right now with my two little ladies. (sic)"
Jessamy's celebrity pals showered her and Ryan with congratulatory messages in the post's comments section.
Her 43-year-old Hollyoaks co-star Jessica Fox (Nancy Hayton) penned: "Heart filled with joy for you all."
Loose Women panellist Denise Welch, 68, typed: "Ah that's wonderful."
And podcast host Gemma Anderson wrote: "Oh babe I’m so happy for you!!!! Birth sounds amazing. Can’t wait to hear all about it and meet her!!xxxx (sic)"
Fans also sent their best wishes, as one reacted: "So thrilled for you darling! How beautiful."
A second supporter commented: "Congrats to you. You’re going to smash being a great mum to that beautiful girl!!!!! Best wishes to you both (sic)."
And a third follower said: "Ahhh how beautiful you both look. Congratulations. I'm so happy for you all . I hope you are all keeping well. Sending my best wishes to you all."
In December, Jessamy and Ryan - who are parents to three-year-old Joni - announced they were expecting their second child.
She posted a shot of her then-blossoming baby bump, as well as a Christmas tree which featured a heart-shaped ultrasound ornament that read: "Baby O'Gorman. Due May 2026."
The post was captioned: "So incredibly lucky to be growing a little brother or sister for Joni."
Jessamy and Ryan welcomed Joni into the world in January 2023.
It came almost two years after the couple got hitched at Iscoyd Park, Wrexham, North Wales, in November 2021.
Ryan popped the question with a triangular silver engagement ring in December 2020.
