Love Island's Samie Elishi and Tyrique Hyde could not enjoy a meal at an upmarket Miami restaurant because of his inappropriate T-shirt.
Love Island's Samie Elishi and Tyrique Hyde were refused entry to a swanky restaurant over the latter's inappropriate t-shirt.
While the brunette beauty, 26, oozed glamour in a chocolate brown dress for their evening out at the Miami, Florida, eatery, the semi-pro soccer player, 27, decided to sport a red Supreme T-shirt that had "f*** em" in large letters emblazoned on the front.
Content creator Samie explained in a TikTok video as they left and sat in a taxi: "We booked dinner, and because Ty's top says this [f*** em], they're not letting us in."
She added: "So we have to go to another restaurant."
Fans sided with the restaurant in the post's comments section, as one penned: "Agree with them - not something to wear out to dinner."
A second supporter wondered: "And you didn't realise that it wasn't appropriate for a restaurant?"
And a third follower noted: "He could've made a little bit more of an effort going out for dinner.
"I'm not talking suited and booted, but a little bit more of an effort."
However, others suggested that Tyrique could have turned his t-shirt inside out.
Samie and Tyrique are in Miami for Swim Week, an annual summer fashion week event that focuses on swimwear and resort wear collections.
Their trip comes two months after she became a brand ambassador for W7 Cosmetics.
In a social media post, she said: "I've been using W7 makeup for years, and now being a brand ambassador feels like a dream. I can't wait for you guys to try everything - I know you're going to love it all as much as I do."
Her W7 Cosmetics deal came after she addressed her split from social media personality Ciaran Davies, 23, with whom she won Love Island All Stars with earlier this year.
She said: "Me and Ciaran were in the very early stages of dating, and we got into the real world and it just didn't work. And that is absolutely fine."
After Ciaran and Samie split, she struck up a romance with Tyrique.
