Kerry Katona declared living a happy life is "scary" because she is not used to it.

The ex-Atomic Kitten singer has been on cloud nine since the star met her toyboy flame, businessman Paolo Margaglione, on Celebs Go Dating in 2025, months after she called off her engagement to personal trainer Ryan Mahoney.

Kerry, 45, and Paolo, 33, returned to the E4 show during Wednesday night's (20.05.26) episode, and she told dating experts Anna Williamson, 44, and Paul C. Brunson, 51, about the joy in her life following a multiple heartaches that have played out in public.

Anna wondered how the public have supported Paolo and Kerry, to which the teary latter replied: "I found it really overwhelming. I think since I joined the agency people see me for who I really am rather than just reading a headline.

"People actually watched me fall in love, and the support I’ve had from people - it’s been so overwhelming – for people to be so invested in somebody who I’ve chosen to love.

"It’s been really overwhelming, I’m not sure how to deal with it."

After she wiped her tears, Kerry added: "Life is so good, it’s so unbelievable that it scares me."

Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan, 61, is taking part in the 2026 series of Celebs Go Dating, and she signed up for the show after watching Kerry and Paolo's love story.

Kerry penned in her recent column for new! magazine: "It was so lovely because I text Coleen and said, 'Oh my God, watching you, you look sensational, you look absolutely beautiful.'

"And she was like, 'The only reason why I did it is because of what you got out of it,' which was so nice and sweet to hear."

She added: "I really truly feel like I completely lucked out with Paolo. He is everything and more. I fall in love with the man more and more every single day. He's just an amazing human being - and it's pure luck that I met him on a reality show.

"How our paths haven't crossed before, I will never know, because there's so much we have in common, so many places we've been. I feel very blessed, very grateful, and very fortunate."

Kerry did Celebs Go Dating last year following her split from fiance Ryan, 37, in November 2024 after a six-year romance.

The Whole Again hitmaker was previously married to ex-Westlife singer Brian McFadden, 46, taxi driver Mark Croft, 54, and the late George Kay.

Paolo has two daughters, Milani and Nola, from a previous relationship.
