Kerry Katona cancelled Sky documentary filming at last minute due to illness
Kerry Katona felt she let "everyone down" after she had to delay filming for a "powerful" new Sky documentary due to an illness.
Kerry Katona pulled out of filming a "powerful" new Sky documentary at the last minute after she "nearly fainted".
The 45-year-old TV personality thinks she has "norovirus" - a vomiting stomach bug - after "burning up" for the past week, and Kerry is devastated to have let "everyone down" about being forced to delay her shoot for the under wraps project.
Writing in her latest column for New! magazine, Kerry said: "I've been really poorly this week, so I didn't stay at The Beauty Awards for long - I presented an award and left.
"I should be filming a new documentary for Sky as I write this, but I nearly fainted getting my hair and make-up done. I rang the producers and said, as a professional, that I think it'd be wrong to put me in front of the camera like this.
"With it being such a powerful documentary, I want to give it my all. I cried because I never pull out of anything, and I felt like I'd let everyone down.
"But I'm really not well - I'm burning up!"
Kerry and her 33-year-old fitness model boyfriend Paolo Margaglione - who met on E4's Celebs Go Dating this summer - made their red carpet debut at The Beauty Awards on November 24.
And the hunk - who dated warehouse manager Jessica Smith before Kerry, and is dad to two daughters from a previous relationship - enjoyed posing for the cameras with his new lover.
Kerry - who was previously married to Westlife singer Brian McFadden, 45, taxi driver Mark Croft, 54, the late George Kay, 39, and was engaged to 32-year-old fitness instructor Ryan Mahoney - said: "Paolo and I went to The Beauty Awards in London last week.
"It was Paolo's first red carpet experience, and he said it was amazing, but very different to anything he'd been to before.
"I don't think he could get over the flashes of the cameras! I thought I looked s*** hot, and my man had the most beautiful suit from Owen Scott Bespoke."
Kerry has daughters Molly, 23, and Lilly Sue, 22, with Brian, children Heidi, 17, and Max, 16, with Mark, and youngest daughter DJ, 10, with George.
And she could not be happier with her and Paolo's blended family of seven.
In October, Kerry penned in her New! magazine column: "This week I’ve been super busy touring, but I did have a day with Paolo and the kids – my lot and his two girls – which was lovely.
"I love spending time with his girls, it’s such a nice feeling to have little ones around again. We’ve blended our families together seamlessly, and everything fits into place perfectly."
