Christine McGuinness feels 'ready to date' amid relationship rumours
Christine McGuinness admits she's "enjoying life" following her recent kiss with DJ Roxxxan.
Christine McGuinness feels "ready to date".
The 38-year-old model - who was married to TV star Paddy McGuinness between 2011 and 2024 - was recently spotted kissing DJ Roxxxan, and Christine admits that she's actively looking for love.
Speaking about her love life, the blonde beauty told the Daily Mail newspaper: "I’m single. It’s exciting. I’m enjoying life. The past couple of weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind.
"I’m struggling to keep up with my own life. Someone might have caught my eye. I just want to see how it goes.
"I want to do what feels natural to me. I haven’t got anything planned. I’m happy and I’m excited."
Although Christine suggested that she's having fun with DJ Roxxxan, she doesn't want to put a label on their relationship at the moment.
She said: "Dating is supposed to be fun. I feel ready to date and I haven’t felt ready before. There are still things I want to work out before I have a relationship."
Earlier this year, Christine claimed that first dates need to be "sexy".
The model revealed the extravagant lengths she goes to in order to ensure her first dates are as memorable as possible.
Speaking on her BBC podcast, Situationships with Sophie and Christine, she said: "I think first dates need to be excited and sexy. I took three different women to Ibiza for dates, different women, and if it doesn't work out I still had a holiday to Ibiza."
Christine - who was married to Paddy for 11 years before they split in 2022 - explained why the picturesque Mediterranean island is her go-to first-date destination.
The TV star said: "We went to Es Vedra and it is the most beautiful view and energy and it is calm and you can't possibly have a bad time. I don't think that will be beaten."
The model also opened up about her sex life, insisting it is "massively important" to her.
Christine said: "Sex is massively important to me and it matters. I've realised communication is a huge part of it and you should feel comfortable enough to say what you do and don't like."
