EastEnders icon Michelle Collins is back walking after she was left hobbling on crutches following a nasty fall.
The Cindy Beale actress has updated her Instagram followers on her health just weeks after she injured her right leg while trying to stop her dog Peggy from escaping her pal's house in Norfolk over Easter weekend, which resulted in a dash to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kings Lynn.
Michelle, 63, posted a glowing selfie on the social media platform on Thursday (23.04.26), with the caption: "#thankyou for all your #wellwishes I am now fine and walking around. (sic)"
The accident plunged EastEnders into chaos as bosses scrambled to write Michelle's nasty injury into the BBC soap.
She added in the caption: "Everyone at @bbceastenders #ads #makeup #writers has been so kind and considerate I’m lucky to have a job where they can quickly work in the script that Cindy is suddenly on crutches! Magic!
"Love my job. Sometimes. (sic)."
Fans were relieved to hear that Michelle is on the mend as one penned: "Glad you are feeling better xx (sic)."

Earlier this month, Michelle revealed her injury to her Instagram followers.

Michelle then lauded the medical staff for their care.
She continued: "Staff were great , #efficient #kind despite apparently very low on hospital league table I would never have known from the service I got .
