Emmerdale star Bradley Riches revealed the death of his grandmother in the same week he and Scott Johnson get married.
Bradley Riches has announced the death of his grandmother - in the same week as his wedding.
The Emmerdale star has heartbreakingly bid farewell just days before he says "I do" to Scott Johnson during their star-studded nuptials ceremony.
Bradley, 24, shared a sweet shot of him as a child with his grandmother to Instagram on Tuesday (31.03.26) with an emotional caption: "Never did I think I would be saying goodbye to my Gt. Nanny just days before my wedding. Before she passed, she told me she’d be with me on my big day… and I know she will be.
"She loved Scott so much- never questioned us, just loved us fully. I will miss you every day.
"See ya later love you xxx (sic)."
Bradley's celebrity pals and fans rushed to the post's comments section to express their condolences.
Big Brother 2023 housemate Kerry Riches, 42, penned: "Oh Brad I am so sorry to read this darling. Sending you all the love and strength in the world and of course she'll be right by your side.
"Love you darling xx (sic)"
His former Emmerdale co-star Natalie Ann Jamieson, 38, typed: "Oh I’m so sorry Brad."
One supporter wrote: "I’m heartbroken for you all. Sending you and your family so much love and strength."
And a second follower said: "Oh Bradley. I am so sorry darling. A grandma’s love is second to none, but I am sure she’ll be with you in your heart, no matter what - she will be watching over you and Scott on your wedding day + beaming with pride.
"Sending you + your family lots of love at this time (sic)."
Former X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne, 73, is set to attend the wedding of Bradley and Scott - who got engaged during a romantic getaway to Sorrento, Italy, in April 2024 after four years of dating.
In February, Bradley revealed to Heat magazine: "April 2026, I'm getting married, and I'm really excited about it.
"Sharon is coming to support - she won't be walking me down the aisle, though."
The duo formed a strong friendship in the Celebrity Big Brother house in March 2024, and Bradley meets up with Sharon from time to time.
Also in February, he told Bella magazine: "We saw each other for breakfast the other day, and Sharon was like, 'We'll meet you at Claridge's', and I was like, 'OK, this is a bit bougie for me,' but I went and had some pancakes.
"It was really nice."
