The 35-year-old reality TV star will decide on whether to give their daughters Alba, three, and Pixi, 11 months, another sibling "at the end of this year".
Asked if she would have another child, Charlotte told the new issue of Heat magazine: "I'm definitely not going to say I'm done.
"I can't say those words because there's something in us that's ... Something that's thinking ... I don't know!
"There's just something in me that's always wondering about one more. I'm not going to say I'm done, but I'm not going to confirm I'm going to have one more.
"I'm going to make my decision at the end of this year. I don't want to always wonder. I don't know. There's too much to think about."
And that does not include getting her and Jake's wedding back on track after their 2026 nuptials were put off because Charlotte's "wish list" - including 26-year-old singer Olivia Dean performing at a ceremony in Morocco - was "too expensive".
Charlotte - who got engaged to Jake during a romantic getaway to Dubai in November 2023, two years after they started dating in January 2021 - may have to wait until 2030 to say "I do" to Jake.
She said: "I'm not planning the wedding right now.
"It's on hold. It's not a priority because I feel like a wedding is meant to be the best day of your life.
"So, if it's not going to tick every single one of my boxes - and one of my boxes is having Olivia Dean sing - then I cannot do the wedding yet.
"Getting Olivia Dean to sing at your wedding costs hundreds of thousands of pounds. I worked it out on the calculator - I spread the cost over three years, or something, and I think I have to save about £50 a day.
"If I'm going to finish this house off, I can't start saving for Olivia Dean. The timings they're just all off.
"It's devastating, but it's looking like another four years until the wedding."
Delaying their big day upset Jake.
Asked if he was happy about Charlotte postponing their wedding, she shared: "You'd think he would be because many men are like, 'That's too expensive!'
"But he actually got a little bit upset the other day when I said that I think we've got to wait a bit longer."
