Alison Hammond is the latest star being tipped to appear in the next season of The Celebrity Traitors.
A new batch of celebrities will enter Ardross Castle in the Scottish Highlands in 2026 as they take part in the ultimate game of backstabbing, deceit and betrayal to win up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice and This Morning presenter Alison is rumoured to be on the BBC's "hit list" of big names to sign up for the second series of the show.
A source told The Sun newspaper's Bizarre column: "Alison is on the BBC’s hit list for Celebrity Traitors and she’s keen. The Beeb think she could be comedy gold, just like Alan Carr. Alison is naturally very funny and they think she could end up being hugely successful.
"The pot of talent wanting to take part is overflowing so they have a lot to weigh up. The first series of The Celebrity Traitors was dynamite so the second series needs to have the same weight.
"Contracts won’t be signed until closer to the start of production but the BBC are already keen to get Alison on board."
Other famous faces tipped to take part in the second season include Gavin and Stacey star Ruth Jones and actor Danny Dyer.
The first series of The Celebrity Traitors featured big names including Sir Stephen Fry, Celia Imrie, Charlotte Church, Tom Daley and Jonathan Ross.
It was one by Traitor Alan Carr, who managed to keep his double life a secret and fool the Faithful right up until the final.
Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment at the BBC, previously confirmed the show was a huge hit and they will be filming a second series this year, saying: "Studio Lambert have done an outstanding job as The Celebrity Traitors has well and truly captivated the nation, becoming a bona fide highlight of the year, bringing record numbers of people together to enjoy every twist and turn.
"In 2026, the doors of the castle will be opened again to welcome celebrity players to the game to see who can charm, who can scheme and ultimately who can survive in series two, which promises to be just as unmissable as the first."
