Former rugby player Ben Cohen has detailed the "horrendous" time he's been going through recently as his teenage daughter prepares to undergo heart surgery.

The former rugby player, 47, has revealed his eldest daughter Isabelle - from his marriage to ex-wife Abby Cohen - needs to have an operation to fit a pacemaker - a device which helps regular slow or abnormal heart rhythms - and it's been "a lot to process".
He makes the revelation in scenes set to air in Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. According to The Sun newspaper, Cohen explains: "It's been horrendous. Izzy is having a pacemaker fitted and it's a lot to process.
"How do you deal with it? You be strong for your daughter, you have to be that pillar of strength. That's when the self-neglect comes in because you prioritise other things before yourself."
In the show, Cohen will also be seen writing a heartfelt letter to his daughter.
He added of the tough times: "There's so much going on in my life personally, in so many different areas, when you get to this point it almost takes the f****** lid off the can and all those emotions swirl with each other.
"There has been a lot of horrible stuff happening in my life and you don't realise what is going to come back and get you a little bit later."
Cohen is dad to twins Isabelle and Harriet from his 13-year marriage to Abby as well as Milena, nine, with Kristina Rihanoff.
The former sports star split from his fiancee Rihanoff - who he met on BBC show Strictly Come Dancing - last year but the couple have since reportedly decided to give their relationship another try.
The relationship was said to have suffered as the couple endured financial struggles as well as a court case in which Rihanoff was accused of driving without insurance and they put their five-bed home in Northamptonshire on the market.
However, the pair were seen attending a glitzy event in London together in September sparking rumours they are now back together.
A source told The Sun newspaper at the time: "They’ve decided to give things another go. They looked very much in love."
