Peter Andre has warned this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! cast to "eat less before you go in".
The 52-year-old star - who finished in third place on the iconic ITV reality show's third series in 2004 - has urged the campmates to ignore the usual advice they're given before heading into the jungle.
He exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I thought the tip was you eat as much as you can before you go in because they're gonna starve you.
"It doesn't work. It's better to eat less before you go in because the shock."
Peter - who was in the jungle with the likes of Neil 'Razor' Ruddock', runner up Jennie Bond and winner Kerry Katona - dismissed the idea the stars are secretly given extra meals away from the camera.
Speaking at the launch of Boots presents Glide at Battersea Power Station on Thursday (06.11.25) night, he added: "Everyone thinks 'of course they give you food' - they don't. It is a challenge."
However, the Mysterious Girl hitmaker pointed out that it's a relatively small number of people who have shared in the experience, and this year's cast will enjoy themselves in Australia.
He said: "There's not many people who have joined the I'm A Celebrity Club, who know the sounds and the smells and the tastes.
"I think they're gonna have a great time."
The full lineup for the 2025 series - which kicks off on Sunday (16.11.25) - has been confirmed this week.
Jack Osbourne, Kelly Brook, Ruby Wax and Spandau Ballet's Martin Kemp have all been announced for the jungle.
The lineup is completed by rapper Aitch, retired footballer Alex Scott, YouTuber AngryGinge, former Strictly Come Dancing star Edie Kadi, EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, and Emmerdale mainstay Lisa Riley.
