Karren Brady’s daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, revealed she had an "emergency C-section" to deliver her and fiance Frankie Makin's second son, George, as she opened up about the difficult birth on her Instagram Stories on Thursday (02.10.25).

The Apprentice star's 28-year-old daughter took to Instagram on September 26 to announce that she and her fiance Frankie Makin - whose first baby boy, Leo, 19 months, was born in March 2024 - had welcomed George into the world, but on Thursday (02.10.25), Sophia took to her Instagram Stories and opened up about the difficult birth.
In a Q+A session with her followers, one fan asked how she is "feeling with your babies' age gap".
Sophia - who said she is recovering quickly but has struggled with not being able to pick up Leo and George due to the operation - replied over a picture of her newborn in a baby carrier: "I feel like this age gap is not as hard as everyone makes out!
"I think the transition for me was only hard for me because I had never spent a night away from Leo, and having an emergency C-section, I couldn't hold him or pick him up, and he's my first baby, and he didn't really understand why his mama couldn't hold him, and that made me sad."
However, Sophia said that Leo has "adapted" and is being a great big brother.
She continued: "But he's adapted really quickly, and he loves George so much, so it's honestly been fine so far, but George is only a week old, so who knows how it's going to look further on down the line."
And Sophia is looking forward to life as a family of four.
She concluded her answer with: "I just like it because they will grow up so close in age, they can play together and learn together, and Leo is such a good big brother already, so I'm excited for whatever the future holds!
"I think there's never a right time, you just gotta go for it and hope for the best (sic)."
Beforehand, in the same Instagram Story Q+A session, a fan asked Sophia: "How was the birth and recovery?"
Writing over a sweet photo of Leo cuddling George, she responded with: "Birth was not fun, but I've been recovering pretty quickly, which I'm v grateful for (sic)."
