The 'Pathaan' actor's home in Mumbai was visited by hoards of his supporters wanting to pay their respects as he turned 58 on Thursday (02.11.23) and after giving them a wave from his balcony, he took to X to send a message thanking them for their love and support.
He posted on the platform, which was formerly known as Twitter: "It's unbelievable that so many of u come + wish me late at night. I am but a mere actor. Nothing makes me happier, than, the fact that I can entertain u a bit. I live in a dream of your love. Thank u for allowing me to entertain you all. C u in the morning...on the screen + off it.(sic)"
A number of other stars have sent public birthday greetings to the Bollywood legend.
His 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' co-star Kajol sent her best wishes for the year ahead.
Sharing a photo of them together on Instagram, she wrote: "Wish u a Supercalifrangilistic year ahead… I know it’s gonna be a good one! @iamsrk.(sic)"
Katrina Kaif hailed SRK a "phenomenon", while Kareena Kapoor celebrated him as a "king".
