Charli xcx is set to put on her own festival, party girl, in London next year.

The hyperpop superstar is not only headlining her first-ever UK festival at the inaugural LIDO Festival at London's Victoria Park on Saturday, June 14, but the 'Apple' hitmaker has also selected the line-up for the day, including her 'Brat' collaborators 070 Shake, A. G. Cook, Bladee, Kelly Lee Owens, The Dare and The Japanese House.

More names will be added to the bill in due course.

Tickets go on general sale on Friday (29.11.24) via www.lidofestival.co.uk.

Charli sparked a whole pop culture phenomenon with her viral album 'Brat' - which saw the party persona and the sickly green colour used on her album cover takeover social media, fashion, and even the US presidential election - with the term even being crowned Collins Dictionary word of the year.

Defining what it means to be "Brat", Charli said in a TikTok video: "You’re just like that girl who is a little messy and likes to party and maybe says some dumb things sometimes.

"Who feels like herself but maybe also has a breakdown. But kind of like parties through it, is very honest, very blunt.

"A little bit volatile. Like, does dumb things. But it’s brat. You’re brat. That’s brat."

In October, she dropped the star-studded ‘Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat’, which includes remixes of '360' with Robyn and Yung Lean, 'Talk talk' with Troye Sivan, 'Von dutch' with Addison Rae, 'Girl, so confusing' with Lorde, and 'Guess' featuring Billie Eilish.

Since the album's release in June, Charli has gone on to play the biggest shows of her career, including headlining London's The O2 arena this month.

Charli's party girl festival news comes days after she announced her 2025 US arena tour.

The 32-year-old star will embark on a mini tour in the US following her set at Coachella next year, taking in stops in Texas, Illinois and New York.

The tour will kick off on April 22 in Austin, Texas and conclude on May 1 in Brooklyn, New York.
