Eva Longoria misses "good Mexican food" while living in Spain.
The former Desperate Housewives star loves to have a "long meal" in Spain and not be "in a rush", but she has been struggling to find top Mexican cuisine, and she misses her "Texas family".
Eva - who previously revealed she, her husband José Bastón and their seven-year-old son Santiago had been splitting their time between Spain and Mexico - told PEOPLE: "I miss my family, my Texas family... [and] good Mexican food.
"That's what I miss. That's what's not in Europe, is good Mexican food.
"They really enjoy life in Spain. They love a long meal. You're never in a rush."
But Eva doesn't miss only having one hour to quickly grab some lunch while working.
She added: "I don't miss the working lunch.
"It's so amazing how we really don't take lunch in our work culture.
"You always do the working lunch, 'I'm going to go grab a sandwich. I'll be right back.' You only have an hour. It's so stressful to think, 'I have to hurry up and be back.' "
What's more, Devious Maids star Eva doesn't miss being held up in traffic in the US.
She added: "There's no traffic where we live [in Spain.] I walk everywhere."
In November 2024, Eva told how it felt a "privilege" to live in Spain and Mexico instead of the "dystopian" United States.
She told Marie Claire magazine: "I’m privileged. I get to escape and go somewhere. Most Americans aren’t so lucky.
"They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them."
Eva noted she spent her "whole adult life" in and around Los Angeles, but said things began "changing".
She added: "The vibe was different. And then Covid happened, and it pushed it over the edge.
"Whether it’s the homelessness or the taxes, not that I want to s*** on California - it just feels like this chapter in my life is done now."
Eva also previously hit out at the "strained relationship" between the US and Mexico, particularly the hypocrisy of some people in the States calling for a wall on the border between the two countries.
She said at the time: "I feel like the strained relationship between us and Mexico needs to be repaired, and I think culture and food can easily celebrate the best things of a country.
"The people who were screaming, ‘Build that wall!’ are the same people that are going to Taco Tuesday.
"And I’m like, ‘No, no, no. You don’t get to margarita out and s*** on the culture that gave you the taco and gave you the margarita. You have to go, ‘This came from there. There must be good things.’ "
