Andrés Manuel López Obrador

In January 2022 the President of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, was infected with COVID-19 for a second time. On his Twitter account, the president wrote: "Although the symptoms are mild, I will remain in isolation and will only do office work and communicate virtually until I get over it". The politician had already been infected in January 2021, when the virus was at its peak. Back then, López Obrador isolated with his wife Beatriz Gutiérrez Müller.
