The prequel drops a massive twist on our teenage fashionista when her parents uproot the family from glamorous Bel-Air and force her to move to rainy, grunge-era Seattle right at the height of the 90s alternative music scene. Watching a hyper-pink Elle try to navigate a school filled with flannel-clad teens is comedy gold.

We finally get to see the dynamic inside the Woods household! Comedy icon June Diane Raphael (from Grace and Frankie) stars as Elle’s glamorous mother, Eva Woods, while That Thing You Do! star Tom Everett Scott steps into the loafers of her wealthy father, Wyatt Woods. The two bring incredible comedic timing as they try to keep up with their daughter's intense ambition.
