The A-Team (1985)

Hogan appeared as himself in an episode of The A-Team, one of the most popular action series of the 1980s.

His cameo in the 1985 episode Body Slam saw him play a close friend and former Vietnam War comrade of B.A. Baracus (played by Hogan's friend Mr. T) and boosted his mainstream profile during the height of 'Hulkamania', showing how his wrestling fame translated into television success.

Hogan and Mr. T famously teamed up to take on "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and "Mr Wonderful" Paul Orndorff in the main event of the first WrestleMania in 1985.
