The I’m Like a Bird hitmaker described her mind as always fluttering from one thing to the next - “Boing, boing, boing, boing,” as she put it.

Nelly was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult after juggling two kids born just 14 months apart made her more aware of it.

Speaking to PEOPLE, she said: “When I was attending college, [I was like] ‘Boing, boing, boing, boing.’ I’ve had it my whole life. But when I had my two youngest in close proximity, it made me very aware of my ADHD.”
