The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

Garfield returned for a darker and more emotional take in his second outing as Peter Parker.

The film follows Spider-Man’s fight against Electro (Jamie Foxx) and his emotional struggle with Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).

Reflecting on the hearbreaking death of Gwen at the end of the film, Garfield said: “This version of Peter really goes through it. That pain is real – it still sticks with me.”
