Jaws
Not only is Jaws the best Steven Spielberg film, it is also one of the greatest movies of all time.
The 1975 flick - which starred Richard Dreyfuss, Roy Scheider and Robert Shaw - tells the story of a seaside town that is terrorised by a massive great white shark.
Although Spielberg was initially apprehensive about the film, Jaws went on to be one of the biggest and most important pieces of cinema in history - creating what we know today as the modern summer blockbuster, and cementing the director as one of the best in the business.
The Academy were also quite taken by Jaws, and awarded the flick three Oscars for Best Film Editing, Best Original Score and Best Sound.
