Despite her success and seemingly upbeat image, Billie Eilish has opened up about the emotional toll that fame can take.

The ‘Birds of a Feather’ hitmaker, 23, explained the hidden dark side of fame is something that is often misunderstood by those outside the spotlight.

She said: “And I think that’s where a lot of people in my position can get confused, saying, ‘Oh, it’s hard, blah, blah, blah.’ People that don’t have our lives have no idea how hard it is.”
