Hailed as one of Hollywood’s most stunning stars, Megan Fox has admitted that her looks haven’t shielded her from deep-seated insecurities.

The 38-year-old actress lives with body dysmorphic disorder - something she says has only been intensified by life in the public eye.

She reflected: “What people don’t realize is that fame, whatever your worst experience in high school, when you were being bullied by those 10 kids in high school, fame is that, but on a global scale, where you’re being bullied by millions of people constantly,” she explained.
