Earlier this month, pop superstar Katy Perry was revealed to be joining a NASA rocket scientist, a bioastronautics expert, two American journalists and a film producer as part of the first all-female astronaut crew to fly into space since 1963.
Katy will be on the 11th flight of Blue Origins New Shepard rocket, which is owned by Jeff Bezos, for its NS-31 mission, due to take off in spring 2025.
Thanks to Bezos, Elon Musks SpaceX and Sir Richard Bransons Virgin Galactic, space travel is no longer a dream that can only be fulfilled by astronauts, as long as you have millions of dollars.
